UBTECH ROBOTICS CORP LTD (Stock Code: 9880) announced a further delay in dispatching its circular related to the major transaction involving the acquisition of a 29.99% equity interest in a target company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, as well as a partial offer for an additional 13.02% equity interest in the same target company.

The circular was originally scheduled for dispatch on or before February 13, 2026, but has now been postponed to on or before March 6, 2026. Consequently, the extraordinary general meeting has been rescheduled from 4:00 p.m. on March 5, 2026 to 4:00 p.m. on March 26, 2026, with the venue unchanged at the company’s conference room in Shenzhen, PRC.

The book closure period for the register of members has also been adjusted and will now run from March 23, 2026 to March 26, 2026. Shareholders whose names appear on the register on March 26, 2026 will be entitled to attend and vote at the meeting. Properly completed transfer forms and relevant share certificates must be lodged with the company’s H share registrar no later than 4:30 p.m. on March 20, 2026.
