Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (Y92) announced that its board has approved changes to the composition of the Sustainability and Risk Management Committee (SRMC), effective Aug, 13 2026.

Under the new structure, the SRMC will consist solely of independent non-executive directors. Dr. Nithinart Sinthudeacha has been appointed as a member, joining chair Ms. Potjanee Thanavaranit and vice chair Prof. Khemchai Chutiwongse. The committee’s advisers remain Dr. Sumet Tantivejkul and Mr. Prasit Kovilaikool.

Executive directors and senior executives will cease to be SRMC members but will continue to attend meetings as participants to support the committee’s work.
