HORIZON CD (09930) announced that Mr. Zhao Mingjing, who also serves as the Director of Corporate Secretarial Services for Greater China at professional corporate service provider Vistra Corporate Services (HK) Limited, has resigned from his positions as the Company Secretary, Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and Authorized Representative for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). His resignation took effect on December 9, 2025. Following his resignation, Mr. Zhao will no longer hold any position within the Group.

Ms. Li Yicheng, who meets the professional qualifications stipulated under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules, has been appointed as the Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Agent effective December 9, 2025.
