The company launched the SDAX multi-currency CP financing program on April 3, 2024, enabling it to issue and list multiple series of commercial papers as security tokens on the SDAX platform.

On January 8, 2026, the company executed its eighth issuance of Singapore dollar-denominated digital securities commercial papers under the SDAX multi-currency CP program. These papers carry an annual interest rate of 4.30% and are set to mature approximately three months from the date of issuance.

The company anticipates raising between S$25 million and S$30 million from the 3-month SGD Series 008 issuance, targeting accredited and institutional investors. The net proceeds from the 3-month SGD Series 008 issuance are designated to be used as working capital for the Group's principal business operations.
