According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on December 19, a shareholder of RUIFENG POWER (02025) transferred shares from Jucheng Securities to Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. (SPDB), with a transfer value of HK$401 million, accounting for 5.02% of the company's shares.

For the six months ended June 30, 2025, RUIFENG POWER reported revenue of RMB 550 million, a year-on-year increase of 27.7%. Profit attributable to equity shareholders reached RMB 17.35 million, up 23.4% YoY, with earnings per share of 2.17 cents.
