K2 F&B (02108) has released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, revealing a shift to a net loss attributable to shareholders.
The group's revenue totaled S$25.234 million, marking a 3.19% decrease compared to the same period last year. During the period, the company recorded a loss attributable to shareholders of S$794,000, a reversal from the profit reported in the prior corresponding period. The loss per share stood at 0.1 Singapore cent.
According to the company's announcement, the drop in revenue was primarily due to the closure of underperforming food stalls, which was partially offset by increased rental income from leasing premises to tenants.
