Hongkong Land Holdings Limited said it repurchased 370,000 ordinary shares on Jul, 03 2026.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from US$7.12 to US$7.27, with a weighted average of US$7.2075 per share, and will be cancelled.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital stands at 2,137,176,726 ordinary shares with one vote per share, and it holds no treasury shares.
