ISDN Holdings Limited announced that its issued share capital remained steady at 453,402,040 ordinary shares with no treasury shares as of Jan, 31 2026.

The company confirmed that no shares were issued, repurchased or cancelled during the month and that it continued to meet the minimum public-float requirement.

ISDN added that while its ISDN Performance Share Plan 2022 still allows for up to 41,033,853 ordinary shares to be allotted, no shares were granted under the plan during the reporting period.
