On 27 April 2026, Flowing Cloud Technology Ltd announced the release of its 2025 Annual Report, Circular, Proxy Form and Notice of Annual General Meeting.

The English and Chinese versions of all documents are now available on both the company’s website (www.flowingcloud.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders are encouraged to access these materials online to streamline communications.

Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed copies will find hard-copy versions enclosed with the notification letter. Those who experience difficulties accessing the website versions—or who prefer printed copies for future corporate communications—may submit the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The same form can be returned via email to 6610-ecom@vistra.com. All printed materials will be provided free of charge upon request.

The notice reiterates that it is each shareholder’s responsibility to supply a functional email address. Without a valid address on file, shareholders will receive physical notices and actionable corporate communications until an email address is provided.
