On February 3, the Luoyang Financial Regulatory Authority issued an approval, agreeing to the opening of 10 branches of Zhongyuan Bank Co., Ltd., including the Luoyang Osmanthus Avenue Branch, with the approval date set for January 30, 2026. A separate approval document revealed that on the same day, the Luoyang Financial Regulatory Authority also consented to the opening of an additional 11 branches, such as the Zhongyuan Bank Luanchuan Phoenix Sky Street Branch.

The business premises for all 21 aforementioned branches are located in Luoyang City, Henan Province. Their operational scope encompasses businesses approved by the banking and insurance regulatory authorities or other entities with administrative licensing power, and which are authorized by their superior institutions.

According to information from "Luoyang Financial Release," on January 31, a total of 21 new outlets from ZYBANK's Luanchuan Sub-branch and Mengjin Sub-branch officially commenced operations. This event marks the successful completion of ZYBANK's absorption and merger of Henan Luanchuan Minfeng Village Bank and Mengjin Minfeng Village Bank.
