HJ SCIENCE-B (06132) has issued an announcement regarding the conclusion of the stabilization period for its global offering and the lapse of the over-allotment option.

In accordance with the Securities and Futures (Price Stabilization) Rules (Chapter 571W of Hong Kong Law) Section 9(2), the company declared that the stabilization period for the global offering concluded on Friday, July 17, 2026, which is the 30th day following the deadline for submitting applications for the Hong Kong public offering.

The price stabilization actions undertaken by the stabilizing agent or any person acting on its behalf during this period are detailed as follows.

Firstly, a total of 2.04 million H shares were overallotted in the international offering, representing 15% of the total number of shares initially offered under the global offering before any exercise of the over-allotment option.

Secondly, during the stabilization period, a total of 2.04 million H shares were purchased in the market at prices ranging from HK$32.26 to HK$81.80 per share, excluding a 1% brokerage commission, 0.0027% SFC trading levy, 0.00015% FRC trading levy, and 0.00565% SEHK trading fee.

The final market purchase made by the stabilizing agent or its representatives during the stabilization period occurred on June 24, 2026, at a price of HK$36.78 per H share, excluding the aforementioned commissions and fees.

The company further announced that the sole global coordinator, acting in that capacity and as the international underwriter, did not exercise the over-allotment option during the stabilization period, and the over-allotment option lapsed on Friday, July 17, 2026.

Consequently, the company has not issued, and will not issue, any H shares pursuant to the over-allotment option.
