TransUnion (TRU) shares surged 5.36% in pre-market trading Tuesday after the consumer credit bureau reported second-quarter earnings and revenue that handily beat Wall Street expectations, and raised its full-year outlook.

The company posted adjusted earnings of $1.23 per share, well above the $1.14 consensus estimate. Revenue climbed 15% to $1.31 billion, surpassing the $1.28 billion analysts had forecast. Net income rose 31% to $143 million. U.S. Markets revenue grew 11% to $993 million, led by strength in Financial Services, while International revenue jumped 27% to $321 million, driven by gains in India, the U.K., and Canada.

TransUnion also lifted its full-year 2026 guidance, now expecting adjusted EPS of $4.75 to $4.83, up from its prior range, and revenue of $5.13 billion to $5.16 billion. The raised forecast, along with progress on strategic initiatives such as customer migrations to OneTru and recent acquisitions, fueled investor optimism and drove the stock sharply higher.
