On 21 October 2025, COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited (1199) issued an announcement outlining four options for receiving future corporate communications, in accordance with the listing rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Shareholders may choose to access these communications via the company’s website only, receive printed copies in English only, receive printed copies in Chinese only, or receive both English and Chinese printed copies. If no reply form is submitted by 24 November 2025, shareholders will be deemed to have consented to accessing future materials online, with the company sending only a printed or electronic notification of publication (depending on the shareholder’s provided email address).

Shareholders can change their chosen language and receipt method at any time by providing at least five clear business days’ written or email notice to the branch registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited. Printed materials will be provided free of charge upon request. Future communications will be available on the company’s website (https://ports.coscoshipping.com) and on the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk).
