Job Posts Seeking "Multi-Scale Companionship" and "One-on-One Escorting"? Kanzhun Warns Against Hidden Inappropriate Service Demands in Travel Roles

On the afternoon of September 21, Kanzhun Limited (BOSS Zhipin) issued a "Holiday Job-Seeking Safety Alert" urging caution against hidden inappropriate companionship demands lurking within travel-related positions.

With the National Day holiday approaching, many job seekers are eyeing part-time opportunities in tourism and services. During routine inspections and risk monitoring, the Kanzhun Limited safety team uncovered that some recruiters lure applicants with job titles like "travel consultant" or "tour guide," only to later alter the actual job scope in follow-up conversations, introducing improper service requirements such as "multi-scale companionship" or "one-on-one escorting."

To address these risks, the safety team highlighted three typical scenarios: a "travel consultant" role that secretly recruits for companionship, using vague phrases like "many scales" to hint at additional services; a "tour guide" position demanding "one-on-one escorting," with promises of 15,000 yuan in pay for "good service"; and a "travel leader" posting that sets appearance-based criteria such as "high facial attractiveness."

Kanzhun Limited advises job seekers to verify that the actual work content matches the job description, stay alert to abnormally high salaries, and treat any unusual demands unrelated to the role with caution. The platform will continue to strengthen detection and handling of such违规 recruitment practices through AI-powered risk-control models and manual review. Job seekers encountering irregularities should preserve chat logs and screenshots as evidence and promptly report them to the platform.
