BJ ENT URBAN (03718) has announced its financial results for the year 2025. The company reported revenue of approximately 6.2935 billion yuan, representing an increase of about 4.4% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to owners of the company for the year amounted to approximately 221.1 million yuan, a significant surge of roughly 760.6% year-on-year. Earnings per share were 6.22 fen. The board has proposed a final dividend of 2.0 Hong Kong cents per share.

The announcement stated that the substantial increase in profit was primarily driven by several factors: (i) the expansion of urban services operations and improved operational efficiency; (ii) a reduction in financing costs; (iii) a decrease in impairment losses on non-current assets for hazardous waste treatment projects compared to the same period last year; and (iv) a one-time gain from the liquidation of a subsidiary.
