Fujian Holdings Limited announced that the 2025 Annual Report, together with the circular dated 28 April 2026 containing the notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the proxy form, has been published in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.fujianholdings.com) and the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched to registered shareholders who previously elected to receive hard-copy communications.

The AGM will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 28 May 2026, at SOHO 1, 6 F, IBIS Hong Kong Central & Sheung Wan Hotel, 28 Des Voeux Road West, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

Shareholders may change their preferred method or language of receiving future corporate communications by completing and returning the enclosed Change Request Form to the company’s share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by email to is-ecom@vistra.com.
