Credit Bureau Asia Limited announced that it plans to distribute a final one-tier, tax-exempt dividend of 0.022 Singapore dollars per ordinary share for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025, pending shareholder approval at the annual general meeting on Apr, 24 2026.

Eligible shareholders must be on the company’s register as of 5:00 p.m. on May, 6 2026, and the dividend is scheduled to be paid on May, 22 2026.
