JLMAG and its wholly-owned subsidiary, JLMAG (Ningbo) Investment, have signed the "Limited Partnership Agreement for Jiaxing Jin Ci Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)" with CCB Chuangxin Investment Fund Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd., wherein the company has committed to a capital contribution of up to RMB 30 million, and JLMAG (Ningbo) Investment has committed to a capital contribution of up to RMB 120 million. On January 19, 2026, the company received notification that the industrial and commercial registration procedures for the aforementioned partnership enterprise have been completed, and it has obtained the "Business License" issued by the Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau of Nanhu District, Jiaxing City.
