Southern Alliance Mining Ltd. announced on Sep, 05 2025 that it has received a listing and quotation notice from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd. for 147,982,380 new ordinary shares to be issued at 0.4471 Singapore dollars per share.

The shares will be allotted to Dato’ Sri Pek Kok Sam, Dato’ Teh Teck Tee and Dato’ Lee Tek Mook @ Lee Teh Moh as partial consideration for the company’s planned acquisition of a 40% interest in MCRE Resources Sdn. Bhd.

The exchange emphasized that the notice does not reflect the merits of the deal and reserved the right to aggregate any future acquisitions involving the same vendors under Catalist Rule 1015.

Southern Alliance Mining said it will provide further updates on the acquisition and the listing of the consideration shares when appropriate.
