Ms. Zeng Yingwen has resigned from her positions as joint company secretary, authorised representative, and process agent for legal proceedings due to a work reassignment. Following her departure, Ms. Hou Xiwen has been appointed to fill these roles, taking on the responsibilities of joint company secretary, authorised representative, and legal process agent.

The company confirmed that the transition will take effect immediately on the specified date, ensuring continuity in its administrative and compliance functions.
