SUN HUNG KAI CO (00086) has announced changes to its board of directors and committee compositions. The changes are as follows:

(1) Ms. Gao Weiyan has retired from her position as an independent non-executive director of the company. Concurrently, she has ceased to be a member of the company's Risk Management Committee and the Environment, Social and Governance Committee. These changes took effect following the conclusion of the company's Annual General Meeting held on May 27, 2026.

(2) Mr. Zhou Yongzan has retired from his position as a non-executive director of the company, effective upon the conclusion of the 2026 Annual General Meeting.

(3) Mr. Roger Sewell Bacon has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective from May 28, 2026.

(4) Mr. Carlyon John Knight-Evans has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company and as a member of the company's Audit Committee, effective from May 28, 2026.

(5) Mr. Antony James Edwards, an executive director of the company, has been appointed as a member of the company's Executive Committee, effective from May 28, 2026.
