PA GOODDOCTOR (01833) has announced its financial results for the first three quarters, benefiting from the continuous deepening of its insurance-healthcare synergy model, the ongoing development of its insurance + healthcare membership model, and rapid advancement in corporate health management business. During this reporting period, the company achieved total revenue of RMB 3.725 billion, marking a 13.6% year-on-year increase; net profit reached RMB 184 million, up 72.6% year-on-year; and adjusted net profit amounted to RMB 216 million, representing a 45.7% year-on-year rise. Revenue from both F-end and B-end corporate health management businesses grew by 21.5% year-on-year. The F-end insurance synergy became increasingly refined, and product capabilities were continually enhanced. Additionally, in collaboration with China Ping An Insurance (Group) Company (Ping An Group), the company developed a product that integrates "commercial insurance + health protection service + healthcare services," accelerating the expansion into corporate clients and delivering a comprehensive, high-quality, and cost-effective health management service system for corporate employees. By the third quarter of 2025, the number of corporate clients served exceeded 4,500, and the number of paying B-end users increased by 30.6% year-on-year. The company collaborated with Ping An Group to gather traffic from both F-end and B-end corporate health services, integrating online and offline approaches, and fully empowering AI applications to refine a service model centered around clients, linking services at home, in-store, and on-site. Regarding family doctors, leveraging a family doctor team certified by Peking University International Hospital and the World Organization of Family Doctors, combined with AI services and a medical database, the company provided precise recommendations and proactive services, ensuring a high-quality service experience for users; as of the end of the reporting period, the family doctor membership rights covered over 40 million users. In terms of home-based elderly care, the company continues to explore a warm "insurance + home-based elderly care" service model, focusing on enhancing medical services, health management, emergency assistance, and remote care; by the end of the reporting period, the number of users benefiting from home-based elderly care services grew by 41% compared to the end of 2024. During the reporting period, the company has also deepened its AI capability development. Through the in-depth application of AI technology, the quality and efficiency of its professional medical services have been significantly improved, with the accuracy of complex disease MDT (Multidisciplinary Team) treatment plans rising to nearly 90% and helping reduce the average service cost per family doctor user by approximately 52% year-on-year. In the future, the company plans to continue expanding the application of AI technology across various complex diseases and business scenarios to enhance efficiency and quality in healthcare services.
