Yuexiu Property has announced its operational figures for June 2026.

In June, the company, including its joint ventures and associates, achieved contract sales amounting to approximately RMB 13.49 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of about 24.9%. The corresponding contracted sales area was roughly 489,200 square meters, a rise of approximately 67.0% compared to the same period last year.

For the first six months of 2026, the cumulative contract sales value totaled around RMB 50.51 billion, which reflects a decrease of about 17.9% year-on-year. The total contracted sales area for the period reached approximately 1.70 million square meters, marking an increase of about 16.2% compared to the prior year.
