GD-HKGBA HLDGS (01396) has announced the completion of new share subscriptions under general authorization. As all conditions precedent under the subscription agreements have been fulfilled, each agreement was finalized on February 9, 2026, in accordance with their respective terms. A total of 15.311 million and 5 million subscription shares, representing approximately 1.32% and 0.43% of the company's enlarged issued share capital respectively, have been allotted and issued to Subscriber A and Subscriber B at a subscription price of HK$6.00 per share.
