Elate Holdings Limited (the “Company”) on 6 February 2026 entered into a three-year Cooperation and Management Agreement with Macao eMedia Development Company Limited (“AOMI Company”). Under this agreement, the Company will develop AOMI Company’s business in Asia, conduct market investigations and research in multiple regions, participate in management and business development through a subsidiary, and introduce artificial intelligence into AOMI Company’s business.

Both parties also intend to determine future management fees and profit sharing based on the Company’s contributions and AOMI Company’s performance. AOMI Company owns the AOMI APP and is described as the largest local life e-commerce platform and online food and grocery delivery provider in Macau, with annual online transaction amounts of approximately MOP 1 billion.

Elate Holdings Limited’s existing business segments include worldwide sales of graphite products, manufacture and sales of electronic products, and design and manufacturing in the United Kingdom. The Company has stated it is actively exploring artificial intelligence-related business opportunities.
