On August 28, a specialized cross-border e-commerce training session aimed at helping Fuxin-based enterprises "go global" was held at the Fuxin Cross-Border E-Commerce Public Service Center. The event, themed "Fuxin Products Go Overseas, Connecting to Russia," was organized by the center and co-hosted by the Haizhou District Commerce Bureau and Liaoning Qianguo Cross-Border.

Representatives from foreign trade and cross-border e-commerce companies across the city gathered to explore new opportunities in the sector and chart fresh strategies for expanding into international markets. The training was tailored to address practical business needs, featuring targeted sessions on topics such as cross-border e-commerce support policies, customs regulations, AI-driven digital marketing, and leveraging Russian platforms to promote Fuxin products. The agenda was packed with actionable insights.

During the sessions, a staff member from the Municipal Commerce Bureau's Foreign Trade Division explained the 2026 cross-border e-commerce support policies, highlighting key points to help companies make the most of available incentives. A representative from Fuxin Customs' Comprehensive Business Section detailed relevant customs policies and procedures, offering a practical guide for efficient clearance. The Russia operations manager from Liaoning Qianguo Cross-Border shared valuable experience on operating Russian platforms and expanding the market for Fuxin products, while a digital marketing expert delivered a presentation on how AI can empower enterprises in their digital marketing efforts to drive transformation and growth.

In the Q&A segment, company representatives actively raised questions based on their own operations and engaged deeply with the speakers, creating a lively and interactive atmosphere. Many attendees remarked that the session was well worth their time, describing it as "packed with valuable takeaways."

Looking ahead, the Haizhou District Commerce Bureau plans to continue leveraging the role of the Cross-Border E-Commerce Public Service Center, steadily improving its offerings in enterprise services, policy consultation, talent training, logistics and customs clearance, and market development. The goal is to support more Fuxin enterprises and products in riding the cross-border e-commerce wave to reach overseas markets, accelerating the growth of new business models and approaches in foreign trade.
