GUANGNAN (HOLD) (01203) announced that its board of directors has declared that KPMG has resigned as the company's auditor, effective September 25, 2025. The board further announced that, based on the recommendation of the audit committee, it has resolved to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Deloitte) as the company's new auditor to fill the casual vacancy arising from KPMG's resignation. Deloitte's appointment will continue until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
