China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec Corp) has issued the reply slip for its First Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of 2026.

The meeting is set for 9:00 a.m. on Friday, 23 October 2026, at the Swissôtel Beijing Hong Kong Macau Center, No. 2 Chaoyangmen North Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing, PRC.

H-shareholders intending to attend—either in person or via proxy—must complete and submit the reply slip to the Board Secretariat between 9:00 a.m.–11:30 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.–4:30 p.m. on any business day up to and including Friday, 16 October 2026. Required information includes the shareholder’s full name, identification or business licence number, shareholding amount, contact details, and any proposed questions for the meeting.

Failure to return the reply slip by the specified deadline will not prevent an eligible shareholder from participating in the EGM.
