Central China Securities Co., Ltd. (“CC Securities”) has confirmed that Henan Hongding Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) has completed its private investment fund filing with the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC) and obtained the “Securities Company Private Investment Fund Filing Certificate.”

The filing marks a key milestone in the partnership first announced on 8 September 2025 and amended on 7 July 2026. The fund, established as part of a connected transaction, is managed by ZDKY Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd., with Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. acting as trustee.

According to the notice received from ZDKY Venture Capital, all required registration procedures are now finalized, enabling the fund to commence operations under full regulatory compliance.

The announcement was authorized for release by Chairlady Zhang Qiuyun on 14 July 2026. As of that date, CC Securities’ Board of Directors comprised six executive directors and four independent non-executive directors.
