Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited (CG Services) released its 2025 Annual Report, the circular for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting dated 27 April 2026, and the accompanying proxy form on 27 April 2026.

The English and Chinese versions of all three documents are now available for download on the company website (www.bgyfw.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders are strongly encouraged to review the materials online to expedite access and reduce paper usage.

Shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies will find printed versions enclosed with the notification. Those who wish to switch from electronic to printed communication—or vice versa—can complete and return the reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 6098-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon request.

Maintaining a functional email address with the registrar ensures timely receipt of future electronic notices and actionable corporate communications. Without a valid email address on record, shareholders will receive such notices only in printed form.
