On October 31, 2025, after trading hours, the respective project owners (wholly-owned subsidiaries of CONCORD NE (00182)) entered into Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) agreements with contractor DaeBo Energy Solution Co., Ltd. Under the agreements, each project owner will engage the contractor to undertake the projects at a contract price of approximately KRW 4.214 billion (around HKD 22.76 million) per agreement, with the total contract value across all EPC agreements amounting to approximately KRW 29.499 billion (about HKD 159 million).

The contractor will provide turnkey services, including design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and testing, for the project owners. CONCORD NE operates as an investment holding company, with its headquarters in Singapore. The group primarily invests in wind and solar power projects globally and offers specialized technical services and integrated solutions for renewable energy projects. The project owners are all wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company, engaged in the development and operation of solar power facilities.

DaeBo Energy Solution Co., Ltd. is primarily involved in EPC services for electromechanical engineering projects, including photovoltaic projects, in South Korea.
