Malaysia Smelting Corporation Berhad (MSC) reported that its Executive Director and Advisor, Dato Dr Ir Yong Mian Thong, disposed of 200,000 ordinary shares in the company on Jan, 12 2026.

The shares, held under his direct interest, represented approximately 0.024% of MSC’s issued capital and were sold at 1.938 Malaysian ringgit per share. The transaction was disclosed in a filing released on Jan, 14 2026.
