She confirmed no disagreement with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Ms. Cong Lin has been appointed to all three positions—Company Secretary, Authorised Representative, and Process Agent—effective the same date. Ms. Cong is a manager at SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited and brings over 15 years of experience in company secretarial, corporate governance, and compliance functions. Her academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree in computer science and technology from North China University of Technology (2005) and a master’s degree in corporate governance from Hong Kong Metropolitan University (2023). She is a fellow of both The Chartered Governance Institute and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute.

The Board expressed gratitude to Ms. Zhang for her contributions and welcomed Ms. Cong to her new roles. As of the announcement date, the Board comprises one executive director (Mr. Zhang Ping, Chief Executive Officer), seven non-executive directors, and four independent non-executive directors.
