Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) said it bought back 3,041,200 shares on Dec, 4 2025 through on-exchange purchases under its financial-management share repurchase programme.

The shares were acquired at 7.80 per share, for a total outlay of about 23.72 million Singapore dollars.

Including the latest transaction, the company has repurchased 51,538,800 shares to date, equal to 1.80% of its paid-up capital, at an aggregate cost of roughly 375.95 million Singapore dollars.

The buyback plan, approved by the board on Sep, 18 2025, authorises the repurchase of up to 220,000,000 shares, or 7.68% of outstanding stock, with the programme scheduled to run until Mar, 20 2026.
