Lum Chang Creations Limited said on May, 19 2026 it has secured contracts worth about 24.9 million Singapore dollars, boosting its order book to roughly 144.0 million Singapore dollars as at Apr, 30 2026.
The latest awards cover a 21.7 million Singapore dollars redevelopment of Covenant Evangelical Free Church and a 3.2 million Singapore dollars conservation project for Baba House at Neil Road.
Group revenue for the year to date through the third quarter of the financial year ending Jun, 30 2026 reached 71.9 million Singapore dollars, up from 53.5 million Singapore dollars reported for the first half.
Earlier in the fiscal year the company secured two major contracts totalling about 63.4 million Singapore dollars: a redevelopment of the Registries of Civil and Muslim Marriages building and works at Orchard Road Presbyterian Church.
Lum Chang Creations added that first-half net profit attributable to equity holders had more than doubled to 11.0 million Singapore dollars. The firm has also obtained in-principle approval to move from the SGX Catalist board to the mainboard and was recently included in the MSCI Global Micro Cap Indexes.
