China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Ltd (SEHK: 03320) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Resources Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited, has completed the issuance of the third tranche of 2026 medium-term notes in China.

The third tranche of 2026 medium-term notes, with a principal amount of RMB 800 million, has been issued with a term of three years and a coupon rate of 1.45% per annum.
