Everest Medicines (01952) has announced the establishment of an Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, effective from September 28, 2026.

The ESG Committee shall consist of no fewer than three members.

The Board has appointed Mr. Wu Yifang, Mr. Luo Yongqing, Ms. Wang Yue, and Mr. Li Yifan as members of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee.

Mr. Wu Yifang has also been appointed as the Chairman of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee.
