Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group) Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as CCTC) disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return showing it bought back 2.47 million A shares on 23 July 2026 through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The repurchase represents 0.13% of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction.

The shares were repurchased at prices between RMB 104.64 and RMB 110.50, with a volume-weighted average cost of RMB 105.96 per share. Total consideration amounted to RMB 261.44 million.

Following the transaction, CCTC’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) declined from 1.91 billion to 1.91 billion shares, while treasury shares increased from 7.32 million to 9.79 million. The total issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.92 billion shares.
