In response to the high-frequency service demands anticipated during the Spring Festival travel period, Zeekr has announced the launch of its "Non-Stop Holiday Support" initiative, effective immediately until March 3rd. The program encompasses six key service commitments. These include complimentary all-scenario roadside assistance, free mobile tire replacement services, provision of free accommodation or transportation for customers facing repair delays away from home, complimentary vehicle return services following out-of-town repairs, 24/7 access to Zeekr butlers, and the establishment of dedicated service support stations.
For instance, should a vehicle experience a malfunction, become immobilized, or suffer a flat tire rendering it unsafe to drive, Zeekr will provide free, comprehensive roadside assistance. This support covers remote guidance for troubleshooting, on-site diagnostics and quick repairs, professional towing, extrication from difficult situations, and specialized rescue services on highways and other challenging road sections.
In cases of a flat tire or abnormal tire pressure, the company offers a free mobile tire replacement service within a 30-kilometer radius of any Zeekr Home Service Center.
If a vehicle requires towing to a service center due to a quality-related issue and cannot be repaired on the same day, Zeekr will provide accommodation support. For customers choosing to stay locally, Zeekr will cover hotel expenses for up to five days, offering a maximum of three rooms at a standard equivalent to a four-star hotel for the driver and passengers. Alternatively, if customers decide to continue their journey or return to their home city, Zeekr will reimburse the cost of a one-way, second-class train ticket or an economy-class flight.
Furthermore, during the peak travel period from February 11th to February 13th, Zeekr will set up support stations near high-traffic highway service areas or exits. These stations will offer vehicle safety inspections, tire condition checks, free top-ups of anti-freeze windshield washer fluid, and special New Year gifts, providing festive care for owners.
