This substantial investment will fund benefits such as overtime pay, special holiday bonuses, and family reunion subsidies, providing welfare support and various guarantees for frontline employees—including delivery personnel, full-time riders, customer service agents, and store clerks—that exceed national statutory standards.

To ensure employees working away from home during the holiday can still feel a sense of family warmth, JD.com is implementing a series of festive cultural care initiatives across its nationwide operations. Beyond delivery stations and logistics warehouses, these efforts extend to JD Home Services training centers, JD Auto Care outlets, Five Star Appliance stores, 7FRESH Kitchens, JD Pharmacy locations, as well as 7FRESH, Huaguan, and Jiabao supermarkets. Activities include festive decorations, calligraphy sessions for writing "福" (fortune) characters, dumpling-making events, and distribution of winter care packages.
