RUICHANG INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED (stock code: 01334, “RUICHANG INTL”) has scheduled a board meeting for Friday, 20 March 2026.

At the session, directors will:

1. Review and approve the consolidated annual results of RUICHANG INTL and its subsidiaries for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

2. Consider a recommendation for the payment of a final dividend, if any.

The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Lu Bo, who serves as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. The current Board comprises eight members, including five executive directors—Mr. Lu Bo, Ms. Lu Xiaojing, Ms. Bai Wei, Mr. Shao Song and Ms. Wu Rui—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Bau Siu Fung, Mr. Shen Cheng and Mr. Jiang Li.

The company will publish its FY 2025 results announcement following Board approval. Any final dividend proposal arising from the meeting will be disclosed simultaneously.
