DOMAINE POWER (00442) announced that as of 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, the final deadline for accepting the rights shares and paying the subscription monies, as well as for applying for additional rights shares and paying the corresponding monies: (1) a total of 16 valid acceptances were received, involving a total of 78.96 million provisionally allotted rights shares, representing approximately 91.44% of the 86.35 million total rights shares available for subscription under the rights issue; and (2) a total of 11 valid applications were received, involving a total of 20.77 million additional rights shares, representing approximately 24.05% of the total rights shares available. Based on the results of the above acceptances and applications, a total of 27 valid acceptances and applications were received, involving 99.73 million rights shares, representing approximately 115.49% of the total 86.35 million rights shares available for subscription. Consequently, the rights issue was oversubscribed by 13.38 million rights shares, representing approximately 15.49% of the total shares available under the offer.
