Registered shareholders who have not yet provided a valid email address—or whose email on file is invalid—may now opt to receive future corporate-communication notifications by email. To activate this preference, shareholders must complete and return the enclosed Reply Form to Union Registrars Limited by fax, email, post, or hand delivery.

Shareholders can request printed copies of any corporate communication at any time. Existing written requests for hard-copy materials will expire one year after the registrar’s receipt unless renewed, revoked, or superseded earlier.
