Imperium Technology Group Limited (00776.HK) announced on 23 March 2026 that its “Second Interim Report for the twelve months ended 31 December 2025” is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.776.hk) under the “Investor Relations” section and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who previously opted for hard copies will receive the printed report enclosed with the notice. Non-registered shareholders wishing to obtain a printed version can submit the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email is-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies are provided free of charge, and standing requests remain valid until the end of the company’s next financial year unless revoked.

The company encourages electronic communication and requests shareholders to provide functional email addresses to their respective intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians or nominees). Without a valid email or postal address, no separate notice of future online publications will be dispatched.
