CISI FIN (06058) has announced the signing of a financing agreement. On June 30, 2026, the company, acting as the borrower, entered into a facility agreement with a bank, which will serve as the lender.

Under the terms of this agreement, the lender has consented to provide the company with an uncommitted revolving credit facility. The total available amount under this facility is up to US$70 million, or its equivalent in Hong Kong dollars or Renminbi.
