CHINA KEPEI (01890) released its annual results for the period ended August 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of RMB1.872 billion, a year-on-year increase of 10.59%, while net profit attributable to shareholders stood at RMB748 million, down 9.63% YoY. Basic earnings per share were RMB0.3719.

During the 2024/25 academic year, the group had approximately 77,000 full-time students, including about 69,000 undergraduates, representing a 5.4% YoY growth. Benefiting from favorable policies in vocational education and strong student demand, total new undergraduate enrollments for the 2025/26 academic year reached 21,000, up 5.0% YoY. The student structure further improved, with undergraduates accounting for 89.6% of the total full-time student population. Enrollment rates continued to rise, enhancing brand competitiveness and steadily advancing the high-quality development strategy.

Additionally, Ms. Wu Jianwen has resigned as the joint company secretary, effective November 28, 2025. Following her resignation, Ms. Wu also stepped down as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules. The board announced the appointment of Ms. Li Yan as the authorized representative, replacing Ms. Wu in fulfilling the duties under Rule 3.05, effective November 28, 2025.
