Coursera, Inc. announced on Thursday that it will hold a supplementary post-merger modeling conference call on June 23. The company's Chief Financial Officer, Mike Foley, will provide a detailed overview of the full fiscal year 2026 financial profile for the combined entity following the merger of Coursera and Udemy.

The call is scheduled for 8:30 AM Eastern Time on June 23, following the formal completion of the merger between Coursera and Udemy on May 11. Under the terms of the merger agreement, Udemy shareholders received 0.8 shares of Coursera common stock for each share held, and Udemy has been delisted from the Nasdaq. The newly combined company's platform now serves 290 million learners and 18,000 enterprise customers globally, with the aim of creating the world's leading integrated skills development platform.

In the first fiscal quarter preceding the merger, Coursera reported solid performance growth. For the quarter ended March 31, quarterly revenue reached $195.7 million, a 9% increase year-over-year. Revenue from the consumer segment grew by 10%, marking the fourth consecutive quarter of double-digit growth. The quarter also saw a record 7.6 million new registered learners, the highest for any first quarter, bringing the total number of registered learners to over 205 million. However, GAAP net loss for the quarter widened to $20.5 million from $7.8 million a year earlier, impacted by merger-related costs.

Looking ahead, Coursera has previously reaffirmed its full-year fiscal 2026 revenue guidance of $805 million to $815 million. Market attention is focused on whether this call will provide an updated performance outlook that fully incorporates the financial contribution from the integrated Udemy business.

The company's CEO has previously stated that Coursera is rapidly advancing its integration planning with Udemy and sees a significant opportunity to build a more comprehensive and adaptive skills platform designed for the age of artificial intelligence. This conference call is intended to offer investors and analysts a clearer reference for financial modeling and will include a question-and-answer session for analysts. A webcast and replay of the call will be available on Coursera's investor relations website.
