Shun Tak Holdings Limited has posted its 2025 Annual Report, circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and 2025 Sustainability Report on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (shuntakgroup.com).

The AGM will take place at 11:30 a.m. on 10 June 2026 at Artyzen Club, 401A, 4/F, Shun Tak Centre, 200 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong.

In line with the Stock Exchange’s enhanced paperless listing regime and the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, Shun Tak Holdings has adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, circulars and proxy forms. Both English and Chinese versions will be made available online in place of printed copies.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive email notifications should provide functional email addresses to their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited.
