On May 11th, the ChiNext IPO application of Niusdart Planetary Transmission System Technology (Zibo) Co., Ltd. was accepted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The company aims to raise approximately 822.64 million yuan, with Orient Securities Company Limited acting as its sponsor.
Established in 2006, Niusdart is an industry-leading provider specializing in the R&D, production, and services of precision planetary reducers. The company is rooted in precision planetary transmission technology and focuses on application scenarios, dedicated to offering precision planetary transmission system solutions and products for emerging and advanced industries such as embodied intelligent robots, mobile robots, new energy equipment, industrial machine tools, and special equipment.
Niusdart pioneered research into application solutions for precision planetary transmission technology across all joints of embodied intelligent robots, developing a series of joint module precision planetary reducers for areas including the head-neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, waist, hip, knee, and ankle joints. The company's joint module precision planetary reducers feature high efficiency, high back-drive capability, high explosive power, high dynamic response, and long lifespan. These products have been widely adopted by numerous embodied intelligent robot manufacturers, achieving batch and large-scale production and delivery, thereby accelerating the industrialization process of embodied intelligent robots in China.
The company's "servo motor × planetary × helical gear" integrated transmission solution for lithium battery high-speed stacking machines has significantly increased production cycle speeds and is widely used in lithium battery production lines. Its new energy battery swap "planetary × parallel shaft" lifting system solution has notably extended the service life of swap stations, making it the preferred choice for next-generation swap stations.
Precision transmission systems in China's high-end CNC machine tools, semiconductor equipment, and pharmaceutical machinery sectors have long been constrained by foreign brands. Niusdart has actively developed multiple transmission solutions and products, gradually achieving import substitution. In emerging fields such as low-altitude economy, commercial aerospace, and additive manufacturing, the company has also realized the implementation of technical solutions and products, deeply empowering China's emerging and advanced industries to strengthen and supplement supply chains. This helps users transition from "passive adaptation" to "autonomous definition" in the application of precision planetary reducers, holding significant importance for building a self-controlled ecosystem within China's new industrial system.
The company has developed a unique "diagnosis and treatment" business strategy within the industry, addressing pain points in the transmission systems of emerging and advanced industries to develop targeted transmission system solutions and products for users. After two decades of continuous refinement, the company has gained the capability to break through foreign technological monopolies and achieve domestic substitution, with product performance metrics rivaling those of top international enterprises.
According to a Frost & Sullivan industry research report, based on sales revenue, Niusdart ranks first among domestic brands in the market share of precision planetary reducers in China for 2025, establishing itself as the leading domestic manufacturer in this field.
The proceeds from this issuance will be invested in projects related to the company's main business. After deducting issuance expenses, the company will orderly implement the following projects based on actual operational management needs and market conditions.
Financially, for the fiscal years 2023, 2024, and 2025, the company achieved operating revenues of approximately 479 million yuan, 341 million yuan, and 497 million yuan, respectively. During the same periods, it recorded net profits of approximately 153 million yuan, 104 million yuan, and 149 million yuan, respectively.
