Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced on Aug, 5 2026 that it had repurchased 30,000 ordinary shares at an average price of US$63.555 per share.

The company said the bought-back shares will be cancelled, leaving 293,887,976 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one voting right, with no treasury shares held.

According to the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, shareholders may use the updated share count as the denominator for any required notifications of interest.
